Goodrich SUCKS!

So tonight my mom and I were planning on going to see "Sicko." WERE! The closest theater showing it is 60 miles away. What the hell?? We have 3 big theaters here and they are all owned by Goodrich Quality Theaters, Inc. Quality??? I think not. They sure enjoyed the money they took in during Fahrenheit 9/11! What's different about this? They are still money hungry, I mean come on... $5 for a soda? What a pathetic joke. Yeah, I'm pissed off. Goodrich sucks!

Another day, another dollar

Greetings friends. Well, another birthday down. Today I'm 34. I received many well wishes and some amazing gifts from family and friends. My friend Haven made me this awesome birthday card.She definitely rocks. She also made one for Michelle (Eggface Chronicles) who shares the same birthdate. How cool is that? Today has been a good day. A rainy one, but good. I sooo can't wait for our vacation in Los Angeles. Not much longer! Woohoo!! Tomorrow night my mom and I are going to too see "Sicko" - should be excellent. Cheers!

Family Jewels

I'm not really a big fan of KISS, but I absolutely love Gene's show on A&E. It puts a completely different perspective on him, much better than what I had in mind already. Whenever I watch the show, I just crack of laughing. Even Nick and Sophie are quick witted, and that just makes the show all the better. So, my advice... watch it!

That's all just today! If I had to type out every little thing I'm having an issue with, I'd have to buy more web hosting space! Oh, and by the way, I'm currently watching Most Haunted.

Sane or no?

Basically I'm thinking that if you don't like Kathy Griffin you are nuts. She is absofuckinlutely hilarious! Of course My Life on the D-List is undeniably one of the best shows on television, but you have got to see her newest stand-up show Everyone Can Suck it! I laughed my ass off throughout it! If I could see/meet any celebrity while in Los Angeles, Kathy is the one I'd want to see! And of course Jessica too. Maybe my friends and I will get lucky and happen to go to the same restaurant she's at. Blah, not happening. Anyway, click on her picture to check out her site. Ciao!

California Baby - Part 2

Uh huh, that's right... I'm going to Cali again. In early September with 4 friends, and possibly another. Disneyland is callin' my name! Let's see, what will we do? Hollywood walk of fame? That would rock! But hey, just hangin' with my girls will be awesome! I think I'll be flying into Santa Ana again, because it will be closest to the hotel, and of course I'll need shuttle service. I'm gonna be chowing down on some "DIP sauce" with Becky, Michelle, Kim & Sarah. We'll definitely have to do some karaoke so Kim can sing "Heartbreaker." Damn that girl can sing! Unfortunately Kathy won't be able to go, but we might be able to get Mary Ann to! I'll be going to Phoenix in October, so I'll see Mary Ann and Kathy there, so that's awesome. At least this trip I'll save a lot on food costs! lol Seeing that I only eat 2-3 ounces, I'm sure some of us will be sharing some dishes! Woohoo for California! Yeah, I'm excited, can't ya tell? Dirty Thoughts err.. Jobs!

Who doesn't think this man is delicious? Yum-O! He has many jobs to tackle. Dirty Jobs, After the Catch, Deadliest Catch, Ford Motor Company etc. I really should record his voice for my morning alarm clock. Can you imagine waking up to that? He's definitely on the list. I think I need to submit an idea to the Discovery Channel so he can come and do a "dirty job!" Wow, I watch too much television indeed. Next I'll be swooning over Adam and Jamie on Mythbusters!!

I Love My DS!

16 days post-op from surgery, down 30 lbs! Woohoo! What more is there to say after that?? lol

Missed me didn't ya??

Greetings again from the Hoosier state. I'm finally back after being on hiatus for several weeks. I had my surgery on May 22, 8 days sooner than scheduled. Everything went well, but the recovery has been quite an interesting ride. Every day is better than the one before though, woohoo for that. My first official post-op doctor appointment is June 7. We'll know how it's going after that one.
I can't believe it's June already! FYI, my birthday is June 28, so mark your calendars! How old? 34 baby! It's time for swimming season, so as soon as the rain decides to subside, I'll be outside getting the pool filled and ready to go! Swimming is great exercise ya know, especially since I'll be able to do some laps.
I also need to start the family reunion planning. It's set for July 22. I've handled it every year, so just because I had surgery doesn't make this year any different. I've decided to change up the menu this year, and go for fried chicken instead of the usual hamburgers and hotdogs. The theme will probably just be red/white/blue. I've done luau, 50's, and everything sparkly themes so far. Decorations can and DO get expensive, especially since I pay for everything. It's worth it in the end. Lots of family, and meeting some for the first time.
That's it for now, nothing else to report. No decent dreams to speak of lately. Chris Noth still rocks me though. Ciao!
